Digital Downloads — Refund & Returns Policy

All products sold by ThePromptPal are instant digital downloads (no physical shipping).
1) What you’re buying

Downloadable files delivered immediately by email/download link after checkout.

Each product page lists what’s included and any required tools/apps to use the prompts.
2) “Works As Promoted” Guarantee (30 days)
We stand behind our prompts. If they don’t work as promoted within 30 days of purchase, we’ll refund you.
“Don’t work as promoted” means:
-
The prompts do not function substantially as described on the product page after you follow the included instructions; or
-
The output is materially different from the examples/previews provided (format/structure/feature claims), using the tools/models named on the product page.
What’s not covered:
-
Business outcomes we can’t control (e.g., views, followers, sales).

Use outside the stated tools/models or with heavily modified prompts beyond our instructions.

Preference-based refunds where the product works as described.
We may ask for brief details or screenshots so we can fix the issue first. If we can’t resolve it quickly, we’ll approve a refund.
When a refund is issued, your license to use the files ends and you agree to delete any copies.
3) Faulty or delivery issues (30 days)
We’ll repair, replace, or refund if:

Your download link doesn’t work or files are corrupted/wrong; or
-
You were charged twice for the same item (duplicate purchase).
4) EU/UK 14-day cooling-off for digital content
If you are in the EU or UK, you may have a 14-day right to cancel before we supply digital content.

If you choose immediate access at checkout, you acknowledge delivery starts right away and the 14-day cancellation right is waived.

If you prefer to keep the 14-day right, do not select immediate access and contact us; we will delay delivery until the period ends.
(We’ll present a clear checkbox at checkout so you can choose.)
5) How to request help or a refund
Email aiguidancetips@gmail.com with:

Your name and order number

Product name

A short description of the issue (screenshots or a short clip help but aren’t required)
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank/card provider may take a few business days to post it.
6) Non-refundable items

Gift cards and discount codes
-
Orders delivered with immediate access where the prompts work as described
7) Exchanges
Not applicable for digital files. If you purchased the wrong item and haven’t accessed the download, contact us and we’ll try to help.
